I began keeping a sketchbook in college and have drawn ever since, building a foundation in perspective, light, shadow, and clear visual storytelling.  
Travel sketching immerses me in a place—its daily life, culture, and history—through countless small experiences. My style captures the impression and essence of a location with loose lines and open color, rather than rigid detail.  The result is a personal, hand-crafted alternative to stock photography: intimate, memorable, and inviting the viewer to engage. Ideal for travel brands seeking authentic visual stories.

A commission from Gonzaga University

I was commissioned by Gonzaga University to create 21 pen-and-ink sketches of its campus and historic buildings, bringing a sense of authenticity and character to their projects. They are used by their marketing department for various applications.
